A piece of unexpected news has shaken the XR communities this week: according to a report on Digitimes Taiwan, Apple has abandoned its AR/VR glasses project and all the members of the team have been re-allocated in other teams. Oculus is working on 2nd gen VR. We don’t know what Oculus will present, but we have some hints.

This week Facebook has started rolling out the v29 runtime update for Oculus Quest , and it brings some interesting features like: Multi-user mode on the original Quest 1 A renewed UI of the “toolbar” of the device.
