Many of the world’s midrange enterprise headsets like the Meta Quest Pro, HTC VIVE Elite XR, and Pico 4 Enterprise are priced well below $1,500. Meta even lowered the Quest Pro’s price to $1,099 after receiving backlash on its cost, with HTC VIVE pricing the Elite XR similarly.

I’m sure that after April, 20th, the Meta Quest ecosystem will appear even richer than it is now , creating a wider gap with other companies that may think about competing with the Quest, that is Pico, HTC, and even Apple. Other relevant news. It also features a free version.

Created by Sensics and Razer, OSVR includes two independent components: 1) the OSVR software platform and 2) the open-source Hacker Development Kit VR headset. Specifically, I am aware of plans and work in progress to support Intel Realsense, Tobii eye trackers, NOD devices, Leap Motion camera, HTC Vive and others.
