A lot of it involved training with staff. I do a lot with Apple technology. I'm a Microsoft master trainer, so I do a lot of work with Microsoft technology. So we set up a website called iPadEducators.com, which went on to win an award, and it led to both of us becoming Apple distinguished educators.
