Given the production timeline, this Vision Pro successor could launch in the first half of 2026.

It has also funded a lot of interesting content, and I have friends that now can live out of immersive content thanks to the money that the Quest Store can give them. That’s why its greatest bet is AR glasses that are coming from 2024 or 2026. It’s the natural evolution of technology. Meta never spent $10B/year for Horizon.

And the fact that in the same week it announced both the Pico Neo 3 Link for VR and Effect Studio for AR, shows that Bytedance wants really to compete with Meta in all possible fields in immersive realities.
