How to fix Vive controllers not working inside SteamVR games

If SteamVR apps can’t detect your Vive controllers or you see your Vive/Oculus controllers fixed on a point on the ground in the virtual world without any possibility to move them, go on reading! If the headset does work on the other PC (like in my case), then there is some software problem with SteamVR. Razer Synapse.
