Moth+Flame, a leading company for immersive learning solutions, announced on Wednesday that it had released its first-ever iOS immersive training app for businesses and corporate entities.

The virtual reality (VR) firm offers enterprises a platform for receiving corporate training with top-tier cinematics featuring real people in natural environments.

The New York, NY-based firm leverages cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) for its immersive training solutions, offering hands-on experiences for the workplace.

Such technologies are key for businesses to reach crucial learning targets and teach best practices, it explained.

What Does the App Offer?

Users on the business platform can learn numerous skills, including simulated conference calling and real-world conversations via its NLP tools, both on the app and in VR.

The training module aims to boost learning performance with immersive environments, leading to increased confidence and real-time engagement with hyperrealistic simulations.

Moth+Flame aims to prepare global workforces, both in the office and those working remotely, for long-term company objectives, using the power of VR and online tools.

Kevin Cornish, Founder and Chief Executive of Moth+Flame, said,

“Adding iOS capability to our immersive training platform gives our global customers more access and more utilization. We have found iOS to be a great compliment to virtual reality as companies scale their adoption of virtual reality. The content is the same and allows for a very realistic way to practice having a conversation that resembles a FaceTime call”

Those interested in the platform can download the app or visit the company’s website for more information.

Working for a Better World

The news comes after the US enterprise inked a major partnership with the National Urban League for a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) workforce trainer to boost cultural sensitivity in the workplace.

The firm developed its “Speak Up” programme via the Promise cloud-based learning platform, with the collaboration aiming to partner with one of the oldest and most veteran US civil rights groups.

It also joined forces with the United States Air Forces (USAF) in July last year for a VR sexual assault prevention and response trainer for personnel at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.

The learning modules taught staff vital skills such as crime prevention, conflict intervention, and victim advocacy, among others. With a diverse group of clients, including, Accenture, Google, Meta Platforms, AMD, and others, the company has won multiple awards across the immersive industry.
