Lynx-R1 launches in September with a new design. The news is now that after having got some millions of investment, Lynx is almost ready to launch its product in September. In these months, the headset has also had a complete redesign and it appears incredibly slim to be a VR headset. A not so happy picture.

Niantic has officially announced its upcoming AR game and it is “Catan?—?World The finalists for the VR Awards 2020 have been revealed!

10,000 people are working on XR at Facebook. Zuck has released an interview to The Information and inside it, we can find the interesting information (pun intended) that now more than 10,000 people are working on AR/VR at Facebook. In September, the new Facebook Avatars will come and substitute the current Oculus avatars.

This speculation is also confirmed by a GeekBench entry that appeared some months ago about an XR2-powered Vive Focus. But Huawei is not only in the VR market: it is also releasing a new version of its AR smartglasses called Huawei EyeWear 2, made in collaboration with the fashion brand Gentle Monster.

Someone found confirmation on this rumor by the fact that the invitation to WWDC 2020 shows a Memoji with a person wearing glasses. Is it for a future AR/VR headset?
