Alongside Apple’s XR device debut, other firms, from Zoom to Microsoft, are jumping on the spatial computing bandwagon. As part of its commitment to accessibility, Apple is working with ZEISS to offer optional optical inserts for the device: “Readers” will cost $99, meanwhile prescription standard optics will cost $149.

Currently, the Vision Pro is only purchasable by US customers, however, Apple is expected to roll out worldwide release windows at its WWDC event later this year.

But we still learned something new, like the fact that there are 3 possible storage options (from 128GB to 1TB), that it has 16GB RAM, and that it uses the M2 chipset with 10 GPU cores. On the software side, it supports AirPlay , so you can make other people see what you are doing in the headset if you want. There is even Microsoft Word!
