How to get started with WebXR in Unity

Select File->Build Settings…->Player Settings, being sure that the platform selected is still PC, Mac&Linux Standalone. When the build has finished, you have a folder containing your WebXR experience, with an index.html file and a lot of other stuff. Click on it and import it into your project.
