Tribeca Film Fest To Release VR Films On Oculus Quest & Go After Coronavirus Cancellation

15 VR short films scheduled to debut at Tribeca Immersive will be available later this month on standalone Oculus headsets. This includes 15 VR short films that will be making their debut as part of Tribeca Immersive’s Cinema360 lineup. Tharu comes to Korea from Myanmar in hopes of becoming a trained engineer.

Al Jazeera Debuts First VR Documentary ‘I Am Rohingya’

Contrast VR, Al Jazeera Media Network’s immersive studio, has completed its first VR documentary, I Am Rohingya. Jamalida Begum is a Rohingya Muslim woman living at the camp after fleeing violence in her native Myanmar. “I I want to talk to you,” she says, “I hope you can tell others my story.”.
