According to the Taiwan Stock Exchange, HTC will halt trading of its stock as of September 21st, pending an unknown announcement from the company, reports Bloomberg. HTC began offering its own business bundle, the ‘Vive Business Edition’ for $1,200, back in mid 2016, and appears to have taken a strong lead over Oculus in the out-of-home sector. Innolux is Taiwan’s largest LCD producer. At Display Week I tried Innolux’s panel paired with pancake lenses that appear to be identical to HTC’s Vive Flow. Both new displays are roughly 2.27 inch diagonal, with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and resolution of 3240×3240 – equating to 2016 pixels per inch.
