If you are a Unity/UE developer, you may have issues with Quest developing at this moment after the update , because when you build the app, you may see only one controller, or the controllers behaving in a weird way. Magic Leap has just rolled an important update. Oculus is not the only company caring about its devices.

It is standalone (as HoloLens and Magic Leap ) and has cameras through which it sees the environment. For instance, in Unity, the Oculus Utilities plugin is the same for PC, Go and GearVR. 4k x 4k per eye displays (eye tracking useful for this). 140 degree FOV (eye tracking useful). good hand/finger tracking.

thanks to a better tracking algorithm that allows for less power consumption on the IR LEDs of the controllers (thanks TESTED for having pointed this out). The haptic feedback of these controllers has been improved , and they can provide much stronger vibrations than the one of the original Quest. Privacy in AR.
