A new FCC listing appears for an HTC Vive headset. And in fact, a new request to FCC for a new device has arrived from HTC. FCC certifications are requested before releasing an electronic device in the US (to certify that it is safe to be used), so this is a clear sign that HTC is going to release a new headset soon.

The 37-minute sci-fi adventure experience is now available for $6 across all platforms, including versions available on Steam (Vive, Rift) and the Oculus Store (Rift, Go, Gear VR), and Google Play ( Daydream ).

Additionally, the motion capture work for the piece was done at the Technicolor Experience Center (TEC) right here in Los Angeles. It should be available in the Oculus Video app on the Oculus Rift or the Samsung Gear VR. Assets for the film were immediately applied to the production of the Alien: Covenant In Utero project.
