This week, reports emerged claiming that Chinese news publication Gyro Technology leaked the design specifications of Samsung’s upcoming MR headset. According to the now-deleted article from Gyro Technology, the upcoming headset will leverage four tracking cameras, a pancake lens, two RGB outward-facing cameras, a depth sensor, eye-tracking, hand-tracking, OLED microdisplays, and Samsung’s Exynos 2200 chipset.

Unannounced Official Quest 3 Charging Dock Gets FCC Approval

A Quest 3 charging dock just got approved by the US FCC. Meta hasn't yet officially announced a charging dock for Quest 3, or even said that either the headset or controllers will support either wireless or contact-based charging. Renders and images of Quest 3 clearly show three gold dots on the bottom of the headset though, which strongly resemble the pins the Quest Pro headset and controllers use to charge on the included dock.

The device can be connected to up to eight hosts, allowing them to use its memory when needed. In a snippet from an upcoming interview we'll publish soon, we asked whether Kluge's future plans include supporting Apple Vision Pro. Perez expressed interest, saying, "we'd like to, but we'll see.
