Secretive augmented-reality start-up Magic Leap is partnering with online comic book publisher Madefire to deliver mixed reality comics to Magic Leap’s devices when they launch. The Magic Leap version will apparently feature spatial sound and comics will appear much crisper and more readable on it.

Apple is constantly improving its ARKit solution, adding always more features, and also Google is (slowly) updating ARCore. Don’t forget the reason why Charlie Fink a few years ago wrote the book “ Convergence “: all these technologies are growing together, and together will create the convergence that we call the metaverse.
