In 2015 my girlfriend came with a Cardboard and with no experience with Unity I created my first 360 photo which I’ve shown to my manger. For example, creating and processing 360 videos creates a lot of data. Your brain will quickly adapt to the new situation and will have difficulties splitting reality from virtual reality.

In my opinion , the true error is with the Vive 1 , that will get a price that is higher than the one of all the competitors… and that will cost as much as a Samsung Odyssey, notwithstanding its far lower features. The SDK offers native APIs, but also supports popular game engines like Unity and Unreal 4.

Another brand I’m very curious about is Samsung : sooner or later, it should announce something, either in VR or in AR. Samsung has always released interesting products (think about the GearVR or the Odyssey), and it would be cool for it to release a standalone headset with mixed reality features.
