Well, bHaptics has ideated a way to somewhat simulate the support, that is give you haptic sensations on your torso based on the audio that the game is playing. Being a developer, of course one of the first things that I did was digging into the bHaptics SDK, that you can find on the Unity asset store or on Unreal Engine Marketplace.
