Especially if it happens by hiring 10,000 people in Europe, so that it can apply stronger pressures on the EU about its data privacy rules.

In Europe, this marketing effort is just starting now, so the penetration is not that high, yet. In the USA, it is almost mainstream; in Europe, it is something for people that have some knowledge of gaming or technology; in South America, is very difficult to get a headset. I think it will be anyway a tough year for PC VR.
