Facebook has started today enforcing the “Facebook login” rule , asking Oculus users to merge their Facebook and Oculus accounts. It states, among other things, that “The company used its data advantage to create superior market intelligence to identify nascent competitive threats and then acquire, copy, or kill these firms”.

I’ve not been able to test it in person, but looking around its users manual, the aGlass DK II seems quite easy to install and also easy to be used as a developer , thanks to its handy Unity and Unreal plugins. Will it be available also on Western websites like Amazon? Isn’t it a cool device? Yes, it is!

And while I don’t think the use cases are really there for consumers yet, and the devices aren’t quite there– although I was really impressed with Unreal’s mixed reality glasses.
