More info Apple Vision Pro may have a very slow start The same Ming-Chi Kuo, who probably woke up with a lot of pessimism that day, has also expressed doubts about the widespread success of the Apple Vision Pro. This would mean that Apple’s XR offering should rely for 3 years on a very expensive headset with very low sales.

Apple remains committed to AR, it still believes it is the technology that will supersede smartphones , but the technology is not ready to create something that is worth the Apple logo now. I tried contacting Amazon and Facebook people to ask about this… let’s see if they reply. This could be The Unity Cube 2.0.

Internal iOS 13 code seems to point at Apple AR glasses. It is not a secret that Apple is working on a pair of AR glasses (even if someone still thinks that the project has been abandoned).
