To create a unique enterprise avatar on the HTC VIVE ecosystem, a user must access its free avatar creation web portal, which requires a basic sign-up process, and link it to the VIVE Avatar Creator smartphone application.

Users can start processing their digital representation using the web toolkit and mobile service. Alternatively, users can import a virtual reality model (VRM) file, a standardized format for producing and distributing real-time 3D (RT3D) avatars.
VIVEVERSE avatars also arrive with “life-like” movements, facial expressions, and gestures; alongside the rich customization features.
Custom, Diverse Avatars
Once a user is ready with a login and the VIVE Avatar Creator, they must upload a photo of themselves which starts the digitization process.
After uploading a selfie, the user goes to a customization hub where they can edit elements of their digital self, such as hair, facial features, and clothing – from smart to business casual.
Once complete, users can save their avatar to the cloud, edit, or delete and retry the process. Furthermore, from this point onwards, a user can operate their custom digital human with a VIVEVERSE application.
Harnessing the VIVEVERSE
HTC VIVE introduced the VIVEVERSE in early 2022, debuting the service as an inoperable method of distributing immersive experiences and content.
The service supports business users through its VIVE SYNC application, which also harnesses HTC’s Metaverse offerings to supply a virtual space to conduct meetings and workplace procedures.
Users can take their freshly made avatar into a VIVE SYNC immersive space and conduct secure, password-protected virtual meetings.
Additionally, a user can bring a range of file types, like CAD, photos, video, and PowerPoint, into the meetings for a presentation hosted by their avatar.
HTC VIVE also offers other immersive opportunities on its service for Sessions, Campus, Social, and Museum activities on its Metaverse platform.
HTC’s other immersive Metaverse services enable individuals to bring their virtual selves into various immersive opportunities, like education, events, and entertainment.
