In Europe, this marketing effort is just starting now, so the penetration is not that high, yet. In the USA, it is almost mainstream; in Europe, it is something for people that have some knowledge of gaming or technology; in South America, is very difficult to get a headset. Eye tracking. HoloLens has been warned.

I just hope for peace to come to Europe again soon : I have friends on both sides of the conflict, and no one of them wants this war, but all of them have to stand the consequences. Microsoft is keeping pursuing AR, and in fact, part of the resources that were devoted to HoloLens 3 are now dedicated to what is known as project Bondi, which is the AR glasses that Microsoft is building with Samsung. We are not supporting eye tracking or biometrics for this closed beta.

Dear WETA, in Europe we don’t have all the big houses with giant living rooms that you have in the States, so please let us play your game anyway; Create : I found Create to be a very enjoyable app. There are hands tracking and eye tracking , but they are almost never exploited. That’s really bad.

Both headsets feature a pentile AMOLED display with 1440×1600 resolution per eye. According to some reviewers, the display may also be the same one made by Samsung. When I visited 7Invensun , the company has made me see a prototypical Vive Focus hacked to add eye tracking inside. Both headsets have configurable IPD.
