This Monday, South Korea’s Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that its Metaverse platform for public service relationships is now open to the capital’s population. The Mayor of Seoul, Oh Se-hoon , introduced the public launch of Metaverse Seoul which according to Se-hoon is a place of communication for the region’s citizens. Metaverse Seoul allows its users to access various public services and resources within an immersive virtual reality (VR) environment.

Primal Hunt is an intense retro-futuristic action game from Phaser Lock Interactive. While it’s unnecessarily gory, there’s a thrilling hunt that keeps you on your toes. Available this week on Meta Quest 2 and Pico, here’s our full review. Primal Hunt doesn’t concern itself with some grand narrative. You’re in a biochamber, controlling a cybersuit from afar to compete in the “highest-tier” hunting experience, and away you go.

As reported by Janko Roettgers , Meta acquired a Colorado-based research and development startup called Gary Sharp Innovations last year in June. Roettgers discovered the acquisition through documents filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Meta confirmed the acquisition to Roettgers, stating that “ Gary Sharp Innovations is helping [Meta] develop better viewing optics for [its] AR and VR devices.” Gary Sharp, the startup’s co-founder, previously served as CTO of RealD

Back to Blog Page. Late last year we shared the news about the Microsoft HoloLens and Dynamics 365 Guides application newest feature which fully integrates Teams. The launch has been a major success. Users can now do everything they would do in a Teams meeting in Mixed Reality and then some. One benefit we did not mention was that this update enables the HoloLens as the frontline worker’s laptop.
