Revealed at the pre-Tokyo Game Show ‘PS Lineup Tour’, Déraciné is slated to arrive November 6th in North America and Europe, and in Japan on November 8th, 2018. Déraciné is about a young girl in a secluded boarding school who summons in invisible faerie.

After a $20 million funding round fell through, augmented reality headset maker Meta Company has been forced to furlough (or place on temporary leave of absence) approximately 65% of its workforce for 30 days. On Monday, Meta CEO Meron Gribetz told Bloomberg that the funding round has been put on hold by lead investors from China, which placed remaining committed funding from other investors at risk as well.

The long-standing golf series Everybody’s Golf is getting a PSVR game, developed by Clap Hanz in association with Sony’s Japan Studio. Announced today as a part of the pre-Tokyo Game Show ‘PS Lineup Tour’, Everybody’s Golf VR is coming exclusively to the platform. Clap Hanz Senior Producer Kentaro Motomura says in a PS blogpost that Everybody’s Golf VR will let players use either Dualshock 4 or PS Move controller like a golf club.

Meta, makers of an AR headset dev kit, was close to raising a new round of funding before a Chinese lead investor backed out, Bloomberg reports. The Chinese investment firm had reportedly put up $20 million for the deal. Meta claims that the Chinese government urged the investment firm to reconsider the deal following trade tensions brought on by the Trump administration.
