PSVR Launch Title ‘Driveclub VR’ to Be Delisted from PS Store Tomorrow

Sony is taking down a few beloved games from the PlayStation Store tomorrow, including Driveclub, Driveclub Bikes, and Driveclub VR. Servers are said to remain online until March 31st, 2020, however the Driveclub series and their DLC will be removed from the store starting tomorrow. At the time of this writing, European-facing PlayStation Stores have already removed Driveclub VR, although the US store shows it still available for $15.

The second-generation HoloLens, first unveiled at Mobile World Congress earlier this year in Barcelona, still doesn’t have a firm release date yet, although it appears that’s about to change pretty soon. As reported by Reuters , Microsoft’s executive vice president Harry Shum took the stage at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai yesterday, saying that HoloLens 2 will go on sale sometime in September.

The Viveport Infinity Subscription Service Now Supports Valve Index

HTC Vive’s Viveport platform wants to be completely hardware agnostic, supporting as many virtual reality (VR) headsets as possible. Currently, only HTC Vive and Oculus Rift owners can use the store and its Viveport Infinity service but from tomorrow Valve Index will also be added to that roster. Resolution Games is a VR developer which has generally stuck to single-player experiences ( Bait!, Angry Birds VR: Isle of Pigs ) until now, creating what could well be one of the best social VR videogames in Acron: Attack of the Squirrels.
