HTC Introduces Wireless VR Streaming To Its Viveport Platform

800 premium VR titles will soon be available to stream on the Vive Focus Plus. The 2019 ChinaJoy Digital Entertainment Expo and Conference kicked-off with a bang this morning with HTC’s announcement of VIVEPORT Streaming, a new feature heading to the VR game platform that will allow Vive headsets users to wirelessly stream high-quality VR games directly from a VR-ready gaming PC over Wi-Fi.

Vive Cosmos Listed for £700 at Major UK Retailer

Vive Comos, HTC’s upcoming PC VR headset, is confirmed to launch at some point in Q3 2019, meaning any time between now and September 30th. While the company has been tight-lipped on the headset’s pricing and exact launch date, as well as a few remaining specs, major UK retailer Argos seems to have not only listed Vive Cosmos, but appended the specific price of £699.99.

The last few have seen new videos and specifications being released but there hasn’t been much info relating to price – other than a rumoured $900 USD which was supposedly ‘incorrect’ Today, UK retailer Argos has put up a listing pricing the device at £699.99 GBP.
