Report: Facebook to Ship a $200 Standalone Mobile VR Headset in 2018

According to a report by Bloomberg , Facebook is working on a wireless, standalone VR headset said to target the $200 price range. The Assembly Dev nDreams Raises Further £2.7 Million

It’s good news for UK-based VR developer nDreams today, as the studio has raised yet more funds to continue working with the technology. The company has just acquired another £2.7 million. £2 million of that comes by way of Mercia Technologies PLC, which previously invested £6.1 million in the studio through multiple rounds. The other £700,000 was raised by private investors.
