The music streaming platform has launched a new "Upside Down playlist" topped with your very own saviour song, one Spotify's algorithm reckons you love enough that it would save your butt.

According to Spotify, "The Upside Down Playlist takes some of your favorite songs and mixes them with a handful of Stranger Things classics to create a vibe strong enough to ward off Hawkins’ most fearsome foe."
My own playlist seems to be exactly that, with mainly indie and '80s tracks on there. My saviour song? Apparently Dry Cleaning's "Scratchcard Lanyard" would save me from Vecna's bone-distorting wrath. I do love that song, and it does have major running from pieces of falling Creel House vibes. But look, Stranger Things fans would probably secretly want Kate Bush's major track to appear for them just like Max, so you can always find that in Netflix's official Stranger Things 4 playlist.
There's a few cute-sounding Easter eggs to look out for. On Android and desktop, the progress bar should turn into a flashlight "that cuts through the darkness of the Upside Down," and scrolling through the playlist on mobile should generate something weird — I tried this and it didn't work for me, but you might have more luck.
Spotify has enjoyed a spot of streaming success thanks to the Netflix show — Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)" not only topped the charts again, but saw Spotify streams increase by more than 8,700 percent globally following the Season 4 release. What even is that number?
