We learned from Google Glass that cool hardware is not enough to impress consumers. AR headsets need to present a lot of content to keep up with the frankly unrealistic expectations of the mass market. Nreal , currently the only real AR glasses available to American consumers, just announced a major partnership with streaming media company Cinedigm that should guarantee quality content to users.

In 2021, Google started enabling two-step verification (2SV) automatically for Google accounts, citing vastly better security for the accounts that have it enabled. Now, the company shared some insights on what this has done for its users. The Department of Justice announced Tuesday morning the arrest of a married New York City couple allegedly caught trying to launder cryptocurrency stolen during the notorious 2016 hack of the Bitfinex exchange.
