Considering that Quest supports multitasking for 2D apps, this is great to use the Quest as a tool to work: you could have Slack in one Window, and Google Doc in another, and work on a document together with your team. He was clearly referring to Apple and its new recent restrictions about privacy of apps on the App Store.
