The Exorcist VR's Penultimate Chapter Gets Teaser, PSVR Reveal 'Very Soon'

Wolf & Wood’s The Exorcist: Legion VR is nearing its conclusion, with the penultimate chapter arriving soon.

The fourth episode, titled Samaritan, just got its teaser trailer, continuing the theme of studying different exorcisms across the world. In this chapter you’ll travel to a failed quarantine zone in Haiti that has succumbed to a strange new plague. Worker deaths have continued to rise, thus you journey to an aid center in search of the cause of the epidemic.

Reactions to The Exorcist on Steam have been very positive thus far, which isn’t too surprising given it’s developed by the team behind the excellent Chair in a Room: Greenwater.

The chapter will arrive on Steam and Oculus Home in mid-April. Each episode of the series so far has lasted anywhere between 15 – 30 minutes and costs $4.99 so expect that to be the case here. Up next is the final episode in the series, which we don’t know much about yet. A press release also teases that the PSVR version of the game will get its own reveal “very soon”. Over on the game’s website the developer noted that it’s now in the “home stretch” of development. It’s not clear if Wolf & Wood will release the entire series in one go or roll out its own episodic schedule on the platform.
