Do you remember the days of the demo disc? I have a lot of fond demo disc memories. I first played some of my all-time favorite games like Brave Fencer Musashi and Final Fantasy VIII on demo discs. Unfortunately demo discs are a thing of the past these days, as well as downloadable game demos for the most part, but that isn’t stopping Sony. The original pack-in demo disc for the PlayStation VR (PSVR) was arguably better than the full PSVR Worlds release and now a second collection is reportedly on the way.
According to a posting on the Official EU PlayStation blog, a release titled “PlayStation VR Demo Collection 2” is set for release on November 8th, 2017. When you click the link below the image, as of the time of this writing, the page doesn’t load. It’s unclear if this will be a EU-only release or if it will hit other regions too. Notably, the Skyrim VR bundle and Gran Turismo Sport bundle both mention “updated” demo discs as well.
